pseu·do·ain·hum (soo″do-īnґyoom) a condition resembling ainhum, consisting of annular constrictions around the digits, limbs, or trunk, occurring congenitally (the most severe manifestation being autoamputation in utero) and also seen in a variety of hereditary and nonhereditary disorders.
