Burch procedure

Burch procedure
a type of bladder neck suspension that is a modification of the Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz operation for stress incontinence, consisting of fixation of the lateral vaginal fornices to the iliopectineal ligaments. Called also Burch colposuspension.
