podoconiosis
po·do·co·ni·o·sis (po″do-ko″ne-oґsis) lymphedema in the leg and foot caused by absorption of minute particles of silicon; seen primarily in East Africa in persons who work outdoors and do not wear shoes. Called also mossy foot.
