pneu·mo·ra·chis (noo″mo-raґkis) [pneumo- + rachis] 1. the presence of a gaseous collection in the spinal canal. 2. the injection of gas into the spinal canal for the facilitation of myelographic examination. See pneumoencephalomyelography.
