Scatchard plot

Scatchard plot
a graph used in analyzing reversible binding of ligands and receptors, based on the Hill equation where the Hill coefficient is 1.0 (i.e., successive ligands bind independently). The concentration of ligand is varied while that of the receptor is held constant and the ratio of bound to free ligand is plotted as a function of bound ligand.
