peri·vas·cu·lar·i·ty (per″ĭ-vasґku-larґĭ-te) an infiltrate of cellular elements of mesodermal origin (including polymorphonuclear leukocytes, lymphocytes, and others) in the perivascular spaces, such as in those of the cerebral parenchyma.
