penile intraepithelial neoplasia

penile intraepithelial neoplasia
dysplasia of epithelium of the penis, usually on the prepuce or glans, ranging from mild disorientation of epithelial cells with cellular pleomorphism to carcinoma in situ or invasive carcinoma. It is characterized by a slowly growing, circumscribed, erythematous, moist, velvety, shiny patch. Called also erythroplasia of Queyrat.
