Myroides
My·roi·des (mi-roiґdēz) [Gr. myros perfume + -oeidēs resembling] a genus of gram-negative bacteria of the family Flavobacteriaceae, consisting of nonmotile, non–spore-forming, rod-shaped organisms that produce a yellow pigment and a fruity odor. Members were formerly included in the genus Flavobacterium. The type species is M. odoraґtus.
