mangafodipir trisodium
man·ga·fo·di·pir tri·so·di·um (mang″gə-foґdĭ-pir) [USP] an ionic paramagnetic agent, comprising manganese (II) linked to the chelating agent fodipir; it increases signal intensity of the tissues in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), enhancing the images obtained, and is used in detection and evaluation of hepatic lesions, administered intravenously.
