imiglucerase
im·i·glu·cer·ase (im″ĭ-glooґsər-ās) an analogue of glucosylceramidase produced by recombinant DNA technology, used as an enzyme replenisher to replace glucosylceramidase (glucocerebrosidase) in type 1 Gaucher disease; administered by intravenous infusion.
