Hel·ler·work (helґər-wərk) [Joseph Heller, Polish-born American bodyworker, born 1940] a bodywork system derived from Rolfing that uses deep massage, movement reeducation, and dialogue to improve body alignment, establish less stressful movement patterns, and promote awareness of the mind-body relationship; used for musculoskeletal pain, improvement of posture, and enhancement of well-being.
