hard·ero·por·phy·ria (hahr″dər-o-por-fīrґe-ə) a severe variant of hereditary coproporphyria differing in having earlier onset of attacks, excretion of harderoporphyrin in the feces, and virtual absence of coproporphyrinogen oxidase activity.
