congestive gastropathy
multiple ectasias of the blood vessels of the stomach, and sometimes the duodenum and colon, often associated with cirrhosis and appearing as discrete red spots or as a pattern of red patches outlined in white; bleeding may be acute or may result in occult blood loss and anemia.
