cor·ti·co·nu·cle·ar (kor″tĭ-ko-nooґkle-ər) pertaining to fibers that connect the cerebral cortex and nuclei of one or more of the medulla oblongata, pons, and midbrain, or to the projections of the Purkinje cells to nuclei of the cerebellum.
