plexogenic arteriopathy
plexogenic pulmonary arteriopathy hypertrophy of arterial walls in part of the pulmonary vasculature, which may become obstructed, leading to plexiform thin-walled vessels distally; seen in some cases of pulmonary hypertension. Cf. Ayerza syndrome.
