Jackson appliance

Jackson appliance
a removable orthodontic appliance retained in position by crib-shaped wires, bent to follow the outline of the buccal and lingual contours of the bicuspid and molar teeth, and united by cross wires lying in the occlusal embrasures. Called also Jackson crib.
