center-edge angle of Wiberg
the angle formed by a line drawn perpendicular to a baseline that passes through the center of the femoral heads and a line connecting the center of the femoral head and the superior border of the acetabulum, used in radiographic evaluation of the hip joint; it is less than 20° in developmental dysplasia of the hip.
