orificial tuberculosis
a rare form of cutaneous tuberculosis on mucous membranes and adjacent skin around orifices, occurring either by direct hematogenous or lymphatic extension from an internal organ or by inoculation; it forms nodules that break down to form painful, shallow ulcers with undermined bluish edges.
