retiform parapsoriasis

retiform parapsoriasis
a variant of large plaque parapsoriasis characterized by red to brown, scaly lesions with a netlike distribution, intermixed with deep red plaques, some of which have lichenoid papules. Atrophy and poikiloderma are prominent features of this type, and it is the form most likely to give rise to cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Called also p. lichenoides, p. variegata, and parakeratosis variegata.
