- gamp·so·dac·ty·ly (gamp″so-dakґtə-le) [Gr. gampsos crooked + daktylos digit] deformity of the toes marked by hyperextension of the first phalanx on the metatarsal and flexion of the other two phalanges; called also clawfoot.
