retinyl-palmitate esterase
ret·i·nyl-pal·mi·tate es·ter·ase (retґĭ-nəl palґmĭ-tāt esґtər-ās) [EC 3.1.1.21] an enzyme of the hydrolase class that catalyzes the cleavage of palmitic acid from the corresponding retinyl ester to form the free alcohol retinol.
