prurigo mitis

prurigo mitis
a chronic, extremely pruritic type of prurigo that begins in early childhood and is characterized by excoriations, lichenification, and eczematization that become more and more pronounced. It is also accompanied by enlarged glands and other constitutional symptoms. Some authorities consider this to be identical to papular urticaria. Called also p. of Hebra.
