noduli lymphoidei splenici

[TA] splenic lymphoid nodules: aggregations of B lymphocytes that occur at intervals along the periarteriolar lymphoid sheaths in the white pulp of the spleen. Called also noduli lymphoidei lienales [TA alternative], and malpighian bodies or corpuscles.
