neostigmine bromide
[USP] the bromide salt of neostigmine, used as a cholinergic in the symptomatic control of myasthenia gravis, and to produce miosis in certain forms of glaucoma in patients who have developed tolerance to other miotics; administered orally and applied to the conjunctiva.
